A St. Patrick's Day Preview

Ethan is SO excited for St. Patrick's Day. He has already chosen what he is going to wear on Monday, and has set it on the foot of his bed in preparation for the special day. I have a little three leaf clover pin that he asked if he could wear, and he has a little bear pin that has a green flower on it he is going to wear too. He asks about pinching, and when it is allowed and when it isn't. I made sugar cookies for YW in the shape of three leaf clovers with green frosting, and since I only took half of them to YW I let Ethan and Aidan frost and decorate some for themselves. Ethan listed every green thing he could think of in the house while decorating his cookies, and then he went searching for more green things when he couldn't think of any more. Since he doesn't have preschool next week (Spring Break), I will have to find St. Patrick's Day related items or activities on the internet for him to do. Does anyone have any good websites or ideas that he'll enjoy?

Notice the pins on Ethan's shirt (he was getting a head start by wearing them early). I told Aidan to smile, and this is what he did.

Wades older sister is a kindergarten teacher and she told us about starfall.com. Brooklynn loves it and it has something fun for every holiday. Candace

Cute boys. I don't have a ton of ideas, but we did do a fun gold coin search, and had a yummy green feast. My boys aren't too into St. Patty's day--it's more Easter right now!
