At the grocery store:
I was purchasing $100 worth of groceries. The dairy stuff was right in the middle of everything on the belt. The woman scanned my heavy whipping cream, held it up to me and said, "Do you want me to keep this out for you?" For just a second, I had a look of confusion on my face, and then I said, "No, no thank you." Did she think I was going to drink it? Do people usually drink heavy whipping cream? It reminds me of the episode of Friends, where Monica's dad drinks a can of sweetened condensed milk. Now you'll never look at a carton of heavy whipping cream the same again!

That wouldn't taste very good! That's funny. Was she a young girl? Maybe she thought it was milk.
I don't know about whipping cream, but when I used to work at the golf course we had quite a few people ask if we had buttermilk. That was a surprise to me, I just thought it was to cook with!

How funny! That would make me laugh and bite my tongue from saying anything!
I'd never drink it right out of the carton, but I wind up pretty much drinking it when I pour it over sugared strawberries!
