April is a pretty out of control month in our household. We have three birthdays (Christian's is today, Aidan's is on the 14th, and Ethan's is on the 25th). Add those to the fact that my brother got married on Saturday, and Easter on Sunday, and moving baby stuff from storage in northern Utah down to our house and trying to get ready for a baby (and all of the other regular stuff, like cleaning house and making meals) and I feel a little frazzled. I have been spewing Princess Bride quotes in my head all morning long: "I have my marriage to prepare for, my wife to murder, and Guilder to blame for it. I'm swamped." and "The Cliffs of Insanity!" (but for me it is the month of insanity). But I'm not complaining, I love the excitement of the month. I just feel a tad overwhelmed, and the contractions are not slowing down. And now I realize I am blathering away and I have probably lost most people by the end of this paragraph because I'm not making sense anyway and I am thinking in run-on sentences. Seriously, I want the pregnancy brain to go away.

Happy birthday to my dear husband! He has been spoiled with golf clubs, golf clubs and more golf clubs. And I made him a lemon meringue pie last night so he could have it for breakfast this morning (I just use the recipe from the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook). He said it was the best I have ever made. That's because I put so much love in it (and extra lemon rind).

You look so good! I just read your natural vs. epidural post. I have had one of each and I wish you the best in your decision. Having my daughter naturally was the best decision I ever made. By the end, and don't get me wrong it isn't easy, but I truly felt the power and beauty of being a woman. It was an incredible experience.

Training sessions to attend for hubby--YIKES.
But I will not forget to thank Heavenly Father for the ride. I am grateful i'm still around to enjoy it--despite all the busy ness...:)
