Today Ethan, Aidan and I went to the library. My kids LOVE the library. Well, let me rephrase that. They really like the library; however, here are their top two reasons to go to the library: #1, to put money in the parking meter (Ethan has learned that a nickel gives us 15 mins, a dime gives us 30 mins, and a quarter gives us 1 hr 15 mins). He talks about going to the library a few times a week just so he can put money in the parking meter. Then #2, to look at the I Spy miniature house behind the glass. We always have to play "I spy with my little eye..." a few times when we go. The books come in a distant 3rd. P.S. Ethan chose his own clothes to wear today. :)

That is so hilarious about the parking meter. He is learning math though. Anyway to get them excited about reading is awesome. I think Ethan did pretty well with his outfit. Noah sure liked it. He calls camaflouge "Star Wars" pants because they wear them in Return of the Jedi. He kept asking me to make the picture bigger to see his cool pants.
Love the outfit- Love the many reasons to go to the library - wait till they find out there are computers and movies and music at the library too! LOL I think that is why Dave spends so much time there.
That is awesome that he knows those amounts and what kind of time the parking meter gets! Love the I spy. I need to take my kids to the library
