I feel like I could cry because ETHAN threw up and had a fever all night. That's right folks, we have been sick at our house for more than two weeks now. I thought I was bringing up the tail end of it, and then Ethan woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and delirious (there was an alligator in the kitchen). Ahhh, the joys of motherhood. But Christian was an excellent father, as always, holding Ethan and sleeping on the living room floor with him while I tried to get some sleep. But alas, Aidan started waking up and crying with bad dreams every 15 minutes for the next hour. Do I get a medal or something? I'm really just praying that we'll be "okay" by Christmas Day.
On a fun note, Christian typed in Santa.com just to see what would happen, and it is a really fun website for kids with all sorts of printouts and activities. Ethan obviously isn't going to preschool today, and he was REALLY bummed because it is Santa Day at preschool today, so I'm glad we found a suitable replacement.

Seriously, get everyone out of your house and have a maid come clean it and lysol it. I am so sorry that you guys have been so sick. Maybe you need a little warm weather...your always welcome in arizona
That is awful. We just ended a bout of a month of sickness, and today Devon woke up with a fever and runny nose. You do get a medal. You just can't ever have it. It's somewhere I'm sure...
Poor Wimmer Family! I really feel for you. You get every medal there is for this one! We have really lucked out this winter and Zoe has only had a runny nose, but that is due to four teeth coming in (3 of them molars!). I hope you will be well by Christmas too.
you do get a metal. It probably came from church.. SO go back and give it to more kids:) just kidding. I hope that your kids get better. I feel bad, nothing could be worse than sick kids huh? Best wishes. Best wishes with the illnesses.

Oh Erin, If I had a medal I would send it to you. How rotten!! Hope he gets better soon.
Yuck, yuck, yuck. So sorry for you. At least it's not strep (is that what you had last year, remember?). I'm hoping that my little bug won't spread to the boys, although the only really bad symptom is my fever. And it was only really bad on a rocking boat on the stormy sea for six hours with a three year old to entertain. Oops, I think I've slipped into my complaining. Tisk, tisk. Hope your house is feeling better soon.
I am sooo sad you get to try and finish last minute preparations for Christmas with sick kids!!! I am glad they are better with only 1 day left! :)
