I'm Getting Old...and Easter Adventures

This morning for breakfast, Christian put Ethan in charge of setting the table and getting breakfast ready. Ethan figured out every detail, down to taking the foil lids off of each yogurt for us and pouring cereal (notice how much I got in the corner bowl because that's all that was left after they poured theirs).

Then, this afternoon I had an eye exam because it had been three years since I had one. And I'm old!!! I'm only 31 years old, and I have some type of muscular something or other, which means I should be..........wearing bifocals!!! The doctor even said, "With this problem (whatever it is called - having troubles focusing quickly enough) you should wear bifocals to fix the problem. But you don't want bifocals. I don't want to give them to you. Just take your glasses off when you read." I read constantly, so I pretty much won't be wearing glasses anymore. Will somebody find me a stylish cane? I'm pretty sure the hearing aid will come after that.

This evening, we colored Easter eggs and found eggs to color with colored pencils online.

And, as a final Easter gift to you, I'm taking the silly Easter song off of my blog a day early. You're welcome!

If you start watching Idol, start this coming week or the week after. There is one girl left that is ok, but the rest are really good! And there are 2 mormons in the top ten, David Archuleta and Brooke White.

Seriously I thought the song was cute....

Best Easter Present Ever. Ha! Just kidding, I usually have the sound off when I check blogs anyway. What does your doctor have against bifocals? I'm glad you won't have to wear them, but I'm just not understanding his thought process.

What fun!

Hey, how do you put a song on your blog? I haven't figured that out yet.

I love Ethan's attention to detail, even if it only leaves you a spoonful of cereal!

How cute! Looks like you had a great Easter. And bummer about the eyes, but yay for not wearing glasses while reading?!?
