Bathtime Routine

As a general rule, I take care of the kids in the tub: washing bodies and hair, getting soaked in the process, and cleaning up afterward. Christian is in charge of getting them dressed, combing their hair, and Q-tipping ears. Usually, he will sit and snuggle with them on the couch for a few minutes before getting them dressed. Occasionally, he will be watching a show when they get out of the tub. So, here is last night's scene:

Christian had just finished getting them dressed, they both jumped on his lap, and Aidan said, "Dada, I want to watch a little bit of M*A*S*H wif you."

M*A*S*H???

Here they are, watching M*A*S*H. I don't care for this show very much. Christian, however, loves it, and he has obviously instilled this love into our children.
Oh, and for your added pleasure, Aidan asked if he could take a picture after he saw me with the camera and here is that picture:

Think I should teach him where his fingers belong?

MASH!? That is so funny. My kids like the Brady Bunch, but that's a little more kid-like I guess:). That's neat that you have a routine for that though:).

Hahaha! That's too funny. One night, my son (who was 2 at the time) asked to watch "Grilmore Grils." I felt a little guilty.

I can't stand MASH either! It reminds me of when I was a little girl visiting my grandma and she would set the sleep timer on her TV and fall asleep to MASH. I would be left awake while she snored away and so I had to listen to her snoring and MASH.

The game MASH, however...now that's another story.
