Ugh!

If you TiVo'd Survivor last night and haven't watched it, stop reading right now.


So, I'm so disgusted that Parvati won. It was completely anti-climactic. I mean, I found out she won, and I felt like the entire season of Survivor was a complete waste. She says whatever she wants to whomever she wants, flirts/sleeps her way to the top, backstabs one of her best allies, and pretty much doesn't stay loyal to anyone. Can you say sleazy? No integrity? Conniving? Insincere? Completely fake? And the jury voted her to win. I was so upset Christian and I talked for over two hours last night about values: what people value; whether values are "right" or "wrong", "good" or "bad"; what sort of people I want to be friends with; religion; being real; being true to yourself and choosing your values, rather than blindly doing what you are familiar with.

It's really nice being married to a psychologist. Who else is excited to talk about stuff like this for over two hours?

Unfortunately, that meant we went to bed at 12:30. Then Aidan cried at least 10 times during the night, and because it was light outside Ethan woke up at 6:20 ready to start the day. So, at 6:30 this morning, I was in the middle of my bed, Aidan on one side, Ethan on the other, Christian in the shower. Ethan was coughing these little annoying coughs every 5 seconds, I look over, and Aidan was picking his nose. Good morning to me!
