So Pretty in the Springtime

I was noticing that I have taken pictures of the really pretty trees and bushes in Ames in the springtime. Too bad it's already hot and humid here, and therefore not so pretty anymore. I have never seen so much color outside as I did this spring. And the lilacs! So many lilacs, all over the place. I love the smell of lilacs. My grandma had a lilac bush next to her house that we cousins used to play in during the spring. Brings back good memories...

Hey, that middle one is a redbud, they are my favorite and they actually grow quite well in Utah, at least N. Utah, don't know about Cedar. Enjoy the color.

I wish that our trees were flowering! They are so beautiful! Ours are barely starting to bud. Can't wait for the lilacs!

What a beatiful place to live!! It looks so peaceful and serene. Are you going to miss it when you come back out here to Utah? Fishing looked like a lot of fun!! It looks like the boys like to do the things their dad does!!
