The Formula for Potty-Training Success?

A cool, new, comfy-cushy big-boy "pooping toilet" with a sticker of a frog on the front.

A Cranky the Crane set from Thomas the Tank Engine, complete with Salty the train, cargo, Bulstrode the boat, and a lighthouse.

Giving him one piece out of said Cranky the Crane set at a time for each teeny tiny poop he gets out.

Lots and lots of cheering and clapping.

So far, so good. 6 poops in less than 24 hours. Let's keep our fingers crossed...and keep cheering for the poop!
