Husband Meme (or is it Heme?)

This post is in honor of our 11 year anniversary tomorrow!

1- Where did you meet? In high school, 11th grade, we both hated each other pretty much immediately.

2-How long did you date before you got married? We dated a total of 14 days before we got engaged - 6 days before his mission, and 8 days after. Then we were engaged for 2 1/2 months.

3-How long have you been married? 11 years as of tomorrow!

4-What does he do that surprises you? Tons of stuff...he runs to work to get his laptop if our desktop isn't working right, he brings me newspapers home from school just because he knows I like them, he takes my car and then fills it up with gas, he says things that are completely unpredictable. He is pretty much the complete opposite of me in that respect.

5-What is your favorite feature of his? His hands, and the scar on his right cheek (on his face people. Get your mind out of the gutter!)

6-What is your favorite quality of his? His willingness and desire to talk, to get things out in the open, to discuss things of great importance and even every day mundane stuff. I love that he is such a great communicator.

7-Does he have a nickname for you? Honey

8-What is his favorite color? Green. Everything is always green. That's why my answers are green, in honor of him.

9-What is his favorite food? A ribeye, cooked by him. Or my homemade bread.

10-What is his favorite sport? Does billiards count? Or maybe fly fishing? I'm so glad he doesn't watch typical sports.

11-When and where was your first kiss? I've already gone over this one...under the waterfall, while dancing in the rain. Click here to refresh your memory.

12-What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Watch tv, or go on dates. He wishes I liked the outdoors more. I try, I really do!

13-Do you have any children? Silly question, if you read my blog - two boys, ages 5 & 3.

14-Does he have a hidden talent? He's a complete jokester, which you don't know about until you get to know him well.

15-How old is he? Old enough to be responsible when needed and appropriate, and young enough to act young at heart the rest of the time.

16-Who said "I love you" first? He did, second date.

17-What is his favorite type of music? He has pretty eclectic tastes. His all time favorite is U2. Ones he really likes that I can't stand are CCR and Tom Petty.

18-What do you admire most about him? See answer #15, and also the fact that he loves so deeply and fervently.

19-Do you think he will read this? Probably, since I told him I was going to be doing something on the blog for our anniversary.
