Almost Wordless Wednesday

Christian brought home from work a piece of a Christmas cactus. Ethan decided since it was a "Christmas" cactus, it needed some ornaments.

Love the ornaments. I think I may have some that look just like that in a crate somewhere. . .

I haven't seen a Christmas cactus in years. My dad had one and I always loved it.

LOL! Maybe you can give it to the YW President.

That is so cute!

That reminds me of a Christmas with my roommate, and we were both going to be out of town, so we didn't get a tree.

We just decorated our palm plant with ornaments. It promptly died.

What a UNIQUE plant. It almost looks like it is growing coin chocolates! Mmmmmm, do I have food on my mind? Yes!!! Have a great Thanksgiving.

Funny stuff!

Will more ornaments be added at a later date? :)

What a co-ink-ee-dink! We went to see great grandpa yesterday who is 91 and starting to pass out his stuff. We left with a Christmas cactus (though he called it a holiday cactus in what I suspect to be an attempt at political correctness) that looks a lot like yours only, er, quite a bit larger and er, covered with blooms--it's pretty darn gorgeous. (Boy, do I ever sound like a holiday cactus snob!)
