- Grandparents who love and dote on their grandkids.
- Cousins for my children to play with.
- The Pumpkin Walk in North Logan
- Tiny spicy chicken at Mandarin Garden
- Spending time with family
- Having time to read Mockingjay (who blogged about this book?? I want to read reviews after I am finished reading it.)
- Actually having the internet for a few days, since my monitor is still at the computer doctors.
I was going to list more things, but I can hear people upstairs having fun without me. I'm outta here!

Everything sounds perfect!
Wonderful Fall color too!
I went to Logan for my very first time a couple weeks ago - Loved it!
Glad you are enjoying your visit and you are so lucky to have family to visit there :-D
So glad you got to getaway for a bit! Enjoy yourself! (not that I actually need to tell you!)
This is the only mockingjay review i've seen on the blogs i read: http://busybeelauren.blogspot.com/2010/08/spoilers-spoilers-spoilers.html
Wait, are you visiting there or do you live there?? Logan was the last place we lived and I miss it SOOOOOOOO much! My hubby just had a business trip canceled in Logan and we are devastated. I could just taste Cafe Sabor and Alvies chocolate. WAHHHHHHHHHH!!! I love Logan too!!!
I was up there briefly yesterday and just heard about the Pumpkin Walk. Hot dang, I totally need to take my kids there next year!
All of those things sound lovely to me. Logan has a very cool vibe.
Great post!
Hooray for a family break. Sounds fun.
And I think T blogged about Mockingjay on her book review blog.
I loved my time in Logan so much that I named my boy Logan. And you totally pass the test because you mentioned the 'Tiny Spicy Chicken' at Mandarin Garden- only REAL Logan lovers know about that!
I would add 'I love getting chocolate malts at the 1910 soda fountain in the Bluebird Cafe' to the list!
You are most def right about the tiny spicy chicken!!
If you get a few minutes, you could swing by my place. It would be great to see you again!
There are so many things I miss about Logan this time of year--the Pumpkin Walk included ( I was visiting Logan over the weekend and almost went there myself). I always miss Cache Valley until April or May, and then I'm happy to be living on the Wasatch Front.
