The kitchen...it has more counter space than I have ever had. I love counter space!
Here is our breakfast nook/piano area (couch is on the right)
This is standing by the piano, looking at the sitting/tv area and front door (if you care to know, the boys are watching Charlotte's Web. Aidan likes it.) Oh, and I don't know what the funny light-colored splotches are on the picture. The light must have reflected off of the cheap camera lens weird or something.
The boys love their new bunk beds (thanks IKEA). The first two nights we slept here Ethan sleepwalked/climbed out of the top bunk and into the living room. Freaky! He wasn't even used to sleeping up high, let alone climbing out of it at night while asleep. Now he's used to it. And yes, those are SpongeBob sheets. Aidan insisted. We've been laying off of the SpongeBob episodes lately because there was WAY too much quoting (Oh barnacles!) going on in our house.
The playroom, where all of the toys are kept. I didn't even bother cleaning up to take the picture - I just close the door so I can't see the mess!
This is one of my favorite areas of the house, right next to my bed. It is my own little space, with my rocking chair and books, and my special little trinkets on some of the bookshelves. This is where I read most of Breaking Dawn.
This is our little back patio/barbeque area. Christian just got me this bench as an early anniversary present because it reminds us of Hawaii. What a sweetheart!
So that's our house. We really love it. Come and visit! Oh, and tomorrow I will be asking you for some advice, so please check back so you can help me with a very desperate situation :)

I love the big window in your bedroom. One thing I would change about my bedroom is more natural light. Looks like you have made it your own! How wonderful!

I do the same thing with Keira's room. I shut the door instead of cleaning it. It drives my mom nuts. :)

Beautiful house. It is a dream really. I can't imagine having so much space. I think your son is talented to be able to sleep walk out of a bunk bed. I love that you can close the door on the playroom so heavenly. Thanks for posting pictures.

We eat potatoes almost every day. This time of year, I get fresh potatoes almost daily as N checks on their growth and digs up a plant. They sure are yummy - tonight we had new potatoes with hamburger gravy, fresh beets, fresh green beans, and popcorn for dessert. (The boys requested that.)

Congratulations Erin! I'm so happy for you guys! The house and the space looks so nice! And for the record, you are not allowed to call your backyard the size of a "pea" until you come to Southern CA and see ours. ;0)
Cute, Cute, Cute! I Love the house, and my kitchen has more counter space then I was used to to! That is what sold me on the place, and I have found projects to do, and messes to make that can take up the whole thing. My favorite part though, is having it clean again, and looking how much room I have!
